Great experience setting up exterior paint on a townhouse. We had Sal’s crew paint our house about a year ago. Sal was responsive and gave us a competitive quote with different options for paint. We decided to use the higher quality option even though it was more expensive. He was flexible with our schedule and fit us in between a few clients. We had an issue with the quality of work and paint. We had several spots where the paint has flaked off. There have been a few very large spots that we had to completely repaint and you can still see the edge where the paint flaked off ( see attached photos). Additionally, when Sal’s crew left, they did not move any of our pots or furniture back. We did communicate with him after the fact and he ended up giving us $50 off the final payment which was nice.
Edit: Sal called and offered to fix the issues. His team came over and completely repainted the base of the house. He offered to come back at any time and fix any issues in the future. Great customer service and would recommend his work!
